Shiona Johnston is a Midlife speaker and author, a menopause specialist nurse and midlife coach. Shiona is the founder of The Midlife Haven, an online resource for women to learn through their menopause, love and live their very own Midlife by Design. Through the Midlife Haven, Shiona works with women online, in groups, workshops or in individual appointments, supporting women to understand and manage their unique journeys through menopause and midlife.


Shiona will be giving various support to the group including clinical advice and Q&A's.
