The programme is ever evolving and depending on what contributors are available and if I find new guest speakers.
Each Contributor delivers live and recorded sessions throughout the programme. Some members do no fitness but enjoy sections of support others do more fitness and less support. The idea is you can dip in and out as you please. The cost means you can miss chunks yet still have massive gains.
THE PROGRAMME / TIMETABLE
30min Fitness Classes are delivered throughout the programme on a weekly basis. Usually 5 classes and 1 mobility session per week. At set times. There is a small catalogue of recorded sessions for you to use at your leisure.

It's a perfectly flexible programme, take part live, review and redo whenever suits you.

Value of the Whole Programme is now well in Excess of £3k
Self Care doesn't seem to be on many Women's spectrum. Prioritising others seems much more important, so for me make it affordable, make it flexible to engage in, increases the chance of success - That Success is measured by knowing that Woman (member) is Feeling Better both Physically and Mentally. Byproduct happier at home, and at work.
